R-5588 is a multi-purpose rutile TiO2 pigment is known for its low oil absorption, good whiteness, high fluidity, high gloss, high tinting strength, durability, and dispersability. Produced by the Sulfate process, with a very fine particle size and excellent hiding power. R-5588 has an inorganic Zr, Al surface coating, in combination with a special organic coating. It is well suited for both water-born and solvent-born coating, ink applications.
